Cancellation window

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched, provided the item is not custom-built, non-returnable, or marked final sale in the WooCommerce product listing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; it may instead be considered under the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to the processing time of your payment provider. We will send confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Data during cancellation

Personal data used to process a cancellation, including contact and payment information, is handled under our Privacy Policy. We retain this information only as long as necessary and apply reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access or misuse.

Exceptions

An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped, when a product is marked non-cancellable or final sale, or where a cancellation request is made after the applicable order-processing window for an express item.
